Burgers, fries and other delicacies are offered by Raphael Springmann from Schenkenzell with his Angry Moose food truck. As a baker, he knows better than anyone how good buns should taste. He freshly grinds the meat for his juicy burgers and his delicious sauces give the whole thing that certain something.

Swabian specialties also taste good in Baden: The Schlossbeck from Aulendorf supplies the festival guests with delicious Dinnede - hearty topped with bacon, onions and thin slices of potato, also available in a vegetarian version. Dinnede are thinly rolled out flatbreads made of farmer's bread dough that are baked in a wood-fired oven until crispy.

What can't be missing at a festival in the country? Clearly: the sausage stand. Appease your hunger with a delicious grilled sausage in a roll.

Coffee Can

Delicious coffee specialties are served by the employees of the Lebenshilfe (non-profit association for living assistance) in the Kinzig and Elz Valley with their coffee can. Since 2014, the rolling coffee bar has been on the road at many markets and events. The coffee can team obtains its beans directly from the Cafésito coffee roastery, an integration project of the OBW (Oberschwäbische Werkstätten, engl.: upper swabian workshops) in Kißlegg.

Gin Tonic, Cuba Libre and summer spritzer: If you're looking for the right drink to toast with, you'll surely find what you're looking for at our cocktail stand. Freshly tapped beer, cool wine spritzers and a large selection of non-alcoholic drinks are also available at the beverage stand.
